Suggested Use
Dissolve one stick (20g) in water or juice. Stir well before consuming. Take once daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
How to Prepare
- Add it to water at 40°C or below, milk, or another drink
- Mix it in a blender with fruits or vegetables
- Add it to smoothies and shake it
